We are changing the Awards for 2026 and have merged the Retirement Living Awards with the highly visible and highly thought of Care Home Awards.

They will still aim to seek out the best retirement housing projects and integrated retirement communities and services in the UK, looking for innovation, quality and assurance but in the wider sector.

If you have a great story to tell about your retirement living developments and services the judges would love to hear it. Who knows, you could earn yourself one of the superb CHA pillar trophies designed and manufactured in the UK.
